New Covid-19 Health & Safety Precautions for the Client & Therapist

Winston-Salem Massage & Wellness has always been committed to providing a safe & clean environment for both the client and therapist. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, I have taken additional measures to keep you safe and comfortable during this time.

Steps taken at Winston-Salem Massage & Wellness :

• I thoroughly wipe down all commonly touched surfaces and therapist tools with approved hospital-grade or EPA-registered disinfectants

• Session Restrooms and common area is cleaned and disinfected regularly per CDC recommended guidelines.

• I follow proper hand washing guidlines per the CDC website.

• All linens and sheets used in a client’s session are single service use. Sheets and face cradle covers are cleaned after each client’s session and washed at high temperatures with a bleach-based product.

• I offer a contactless transaction process and use digital forms whenever possible.

• I am fully vaccinated and boostered for Covid-19 and known variants. Being a vaccinated service provider I will wear a mask upon request

• After each use my basalt hot stones and/or marble cold stones are cleaned with disinfecting detergent and an EPA registered broad spectrum antimicrobial disinfectant.

• All high contact areas will be thoroughly wiped down after each client session with hospital-grade disinfectants and or deoderizers.

• Hand sanitizer is made readily available upon entry and at the end of our session, and in the treatment room.

• Winston-Salem Massage & Wellness also uses a medical grade air filtration & purification system.

What I ask of you before and during your appointment:

• I ask that if you suspect you have been exposed to a cold or virus or are running a fever please reschedule your appointment. Temperature checks may be done before our session upon entry and if a fever is detected your appointment must be rescheduled as fever is contraindicated for massage.

• I ask that everyone please use the provided Hand Sanitizer and/or wash hands before and after our session.

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your session so that you can find parking. Parking is available in the Main & Liberty Street parking deck on Levels 3 & 4. Please keep your parking pass with you to re enter the secured lot. Parking there can be validated upon request. On weekends parking can be found along the street.
